About Hoffman's Ice Cream

In 1955 we started out as one of the first Carvel Ice Cream Stores in New Jersey. In 1976 when the franchise expired, we made the switch from Carvel to Hoffman's and grew into a name of our own. We are recognized throughout the state and country, but Hoffman's Ice Cream is still the place to go when you need that hometown feel and the perfect ice cream fix. All of our products are homemade at our Point Pleasant Beach location, using only the freshest ingredients. Through the years our ice cream has received several accolades attracting the attention of many well-known celebrities. We were even featured in an episode of "Man vs. Food".

In the spring of 1986, we opened our second store in a nearly 100-year-old landmark building in Spring Lake Heights. Three years later we added an ice cream truck to the Hoffman's family.
