All employees are required to be available for work Memorial Day weekend (Friday-Monday), Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekend (Friday-Monday).All employees are required to be available for a minimum of 2 weekday shifts (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday).Employees ages 16-17 must be available to close on weekday nights. During the school year, this will require shifts ending as late as 11pm. During the summer, this will require shifts ending as late as 12am.Summer Only employees are required to provide dates of any vacation or time off needed at the time of application. Employees will not be hired if Hoffman's can't guarantee that time off. If hired, days requested off that were not listed at the time of interview cannot be guaranteed.Employees will not be approved for more than 1 week of vacation time from May-August. Additional time off will not be guaranteed and if scheduled, you will be expected to get your shifts covered.
